Your Role
We are seeking a Senior Analyst in Finance to join our dynamic Finance & Strategy team in Spain. This role is pivotal in supporting strategic decision-making and managing day-to-day financial operations. You will play a crucial part in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes while contributing to various central FP&A initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Finance & Strategy Team to influence key decisions that will shape our business landscape in Spain.
- Assist in FP&A and controlling functions, including Business Planning and monthly financial closings.
- Lead finance-related projects aimed at enhancing process efficiency and data accuracy.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business and financial KPIs to promote financial discipline and improve overall profitability.
- Work closely with Global Finance Teams to resolve day-to-day issues and ensure customer satisfaction in all finance-related matters.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure profitable execution and develop profitability analyses for new ventures.
What You Bring
- A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
- Experience handling large volumes of data, identifying trends, and deriving actionable insights.
- Strong analytical skills with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Strategy, or FP&A.
- Intermediate to advanced SQL skills and a familiarity with programming for problem-solving.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- A holistic analytical mindset.
