We are seeking an experienced Presentation Designer to join our studio team in Spain. As a key contributor to the new business and Corp Comms team, you will be responsible for designing and preparing engaging presentations that effectively communicate information to external audiences.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop visually compelling presentations with compelling content and visuals.
- Create interactive infographics that transform words into engaging visuals.
- Collaborate with account teams and subject matter experts to quickly address their needs and meet tight deadlines.
- Respond to multiple last-minute creative directions and edits with professionalism and focus.
- Manage multiple projects and expectations, communicating directly with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrate expertise in PowerPoint, including use of multiple masters, color themes, animations, actions, and videos, as well as building templates.
- Support onsite pitch rehearsals and meetings, as well as travel to new business meetings with the presenting team.
- Create custom style templates and visual style guides for new presentations, as well as update existing templates.
- Partner with editorial, producers, creative, copy, account, and studio teams to produce high-quality presentation materials.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and Presentation Design (interactive PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, etc.).
- Keynote a plus.
- Understanding of meeting platforms.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently execute them to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Able to take direction and design to uplift the story.
- Great interpersonal skills.
