About the Role

DNV Germany Holding GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Senior PV Module Expert to join our Solar Team in the Renewables Advisory group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing technically complex projects related to PV module technology, bankability studies, and failure investigations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead and manage technically complex projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • PV Module Technology Review: Provide quality assurance support for PV module technology review, identifying technical risks and formulating solutions.
  • Technical Review Coordination: Initiate and coordinate technical review processes among internal specialists, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective decision-making.
  • Supply Agreement Review: Support in reviewing module supply agreements, factory acceptance testing, and site acceptance testing for PV modules in Independent Power Producers / Owners' Engineering / Technical Due Diligence projects.
  • Innovation and Process Improvement: Develop and innovate in-house tools and global capabilities for technology review as part of due diligence processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage complex internal and external stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Win Proposal Development: Support in developing win proposals for scopes of services related to PV module bankability studies, PV module failure investigations, and similar scopes for other critical solar PV technologies.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in PV module technology, project management, and stakeholder management. You should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 6 years of experience working in the solar industry, with 4+ years in PV module technology design/manufacturing/QAP, etc.

You should be fluent in MS Office products and have excellent written and spoken English skills (C1 level). Spanish is a plus. You should also have a strong understanding of solar PV industry technology, including modules, inverters, mounting systems, and balance of system.
