Senior PV Due Diligence Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our solar project management team in delivering high-quality technical advisory services for the financing, sale, or acquisition of solar PV projects worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage complex independent engineering and technical advisory projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute detailed project proposals, outlining scope, team, budget, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, meeting client expectations, and driving business growth.
  • Mentor junior staff, promoting professional development and team excellence.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, including lenders and developers, through exceptional customer service and communication.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proposing effective solutions and strategies.
  • Review and analyze project contracts and financial models, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct site visits during construction and operation phases, monitoring progress and reporting findings.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and business development meetings, promoting our solar due diligence services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in renewable energy project management, including solar and/or energy storage, with a background in project development, construction, operations, or M&A.
  • Strong knowledge of solar technology, including PV modules, inverters, trackers, and energy modeling for solar projects.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale solar PV projects, including design, contract review, and project agreements.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English is required; knowledge of French or Portuguese is a plus.
