We are seeking an experienced Architect-Site Supervisor to lead construction projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, budgeting, organization, execution, and scheduling.
Main Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise on-site and off-site construction activities to ensure compliance with construction and safety standards.
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
- Select tools, materials, and equipment; track inventory.
- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain necessary permits.
- Ensure the quality of work and adherence to proper construction techniques.
Achieving this role requires a Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field, as well as proficiency in English. A minimum of 4 years of experience in construction is also essential.
