Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to manage and oversee architectural and construction projects across our diverse portfolio, including Antima Homes and Forum Marbella.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project management and coordination: Overseeing all phases of design and execution in collaboration with architects, technical architects, and contractors.
  • Construction supervision: Managing budgets, construction timelines, certifications, and contracts, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.
  • Client relations: Holding regular meetings with clients and/or their legal representatives and/or project managers to review progress and quality.
  • Coordination with public authorities: Handling license applications and supporting municipal inspections.
  • Internal support: Providing guidance to the maintenance, legal, accounting, interior design, and marketing departments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing architecture and construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of budget control, certifications, and contracts.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate across multiple departments.
  • Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish is important.
  • Proficiency in specific tools for efficient project management will be highly valued, including:
  • Project planning and control software (e.g., MS Project or similar) for managing timelines, resources, and milestone tracking.
  • Budget control tools (e.g., Presto, TCQ, advanced Excel) for cost supervision and optimization.
  • Drawing and modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) to quickly generate sketches and visualizations to support communication with clients and teams, if possible.
