The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is situated on the picturesque Formentor Peninsula, boasting breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and the surrounding landscapes. Originally opened in 1929 within a private estate, the resort is currently undergoing restoration and renovation, set to reopen as a Four Seasons resort in mid-2024.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Commis Waiter to join our pre-opening team. As a commis waiter, you will provide exceptional service to our guests while working closely with other team members. Your duties will include:

  1. Offering professional, friendly, and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues.
  2. Having full knowledge of all menu items, daily features, and promotions.
  3. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.
  4. Following kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards.
  5. Ensuring all safety and sanitation policies are followed when handling food and beverage.
  6. Clearing, cleaning, and stocking chairs, linens, china, and glass for service in an unobtrusive manner.
  7. Greeting guests, providing water, bread, and butter service.
  8. Setting up buffets and food stations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum food service experience
  • Good communication skills
  • A flexible schedule, able to work morning and afternoon shifts
  • The ability to multi-task
  • The legal right to work in Spain
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
