Join Our Team as a MCC Duty Engineer

At Volotea, we're passionate about connecting people and places through air travel. As a MCC Duty Engineer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Airbus fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor aircraft technical status 24/7 and provide expert advice to crews in real-time.
  • Manage maintenance assistance in remote stations and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Control and rectify deferred defects, impacting operational performance.
  • Update fleet technical status and communicate operational limitations.
  • Monitor and analyze aircraft systems, proposing necessary actions to rectify findings.
  • Support operations control to minimize schedule disruptions.
Requirements:
  • EASA Part 66 Licensed Aircraft Engineer certified on Airbus A32X series (CFM56 engine type).
  • Five years relevant work experience; troubleshooting experience a plus.
  • Strong technical knowledge of aircraft systems and good communication skills.
  • Fluent English and Spanish compulsory; Italian and French a plus.
  • Self-disciplined, highly organized, and proactive attitude.
