About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Duty Engineer to join our team at Volotea, a fast-growing airline with a strong presence in Europe. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical integrity of our aircraft fleet, providing expert support to our crews, and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities: Your primary duties will include 24/7 monitoring of aircraft technical status, providing technical support to crews, managing maintenance assistance in remote stations, and controlling and rectifying deferred defects in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for fleet technical status updates, communication of operational limitations, and airworthiness management. Additionally, you will work closely with our maintenance department, operations control, and flight crews to minimize schedule disruptions and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in aircraft maintenance, with a valid EASA Part 66 license and experience with Airbus A32X series aircraft. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is compulsory, with Italian and French being a plus. You should be a self-disciplined, highly organized individual with a proactive and cooperative attitude. Experience with computer systems, particularly MS Office, and a willingness to work on 24/7 rotating shifts are also essential.
