About the RoleWe are seeking a Product Development & Support IH Specialist like you at Diagnostic Grifols S.A.
Key Responsibilities- Third-level support for IH products:
- Investigate scenarios described by application technical specialists who are in contact with customers and resolve their questions and inquiries.
- Work with application technical specialists on new feature rollouts and resolving customer-impacting issues.
- Provide scientific support and respond to questions from the support team.
- Offer information to sales teams to support tender applications.
- Design and write technical information: Conduct training courses on the portfolio.
- Lear about the products and how they are used by community members.
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and expand product line expertise.
- Provide data and insights to marketing and support teams.
- Track defined strategies for system products and collaborate with Product Managers to drive established objectives for new products.
- Collaborate in the writing and revision of labelling for current and future products in the portfolio.
- Monitor and analyze issue reports to prioritize feedback and product deficiencies.
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in product development, with knowledge of the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry being a plus.
- Knowledge of donor screening and/or immunohaematology will be a plus.
- You have an advanced English level (C1.1).
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- You excel in teamwork and possess excellent communication skills.
- You have a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology or related field.
