We are seeking an experienced Product Development & Support IH Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing 3rd level support for IH products, investigating complex scenarios, and collaborating with application technical specialists to resolve customer-impacting issues.
Your responsibilities will include designing and writing technical information for application technical specialists, conducting training courses on our portfolio, and maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge to expand product line expertise.
You will also provide data and insights to marketing and support teams, track defined strategies for system products, and collaborate with Product Managers to drive established objectives for new products.
In addition, you will monitor and analyze issue reports to prioritize feedback and product deficiencies, ensuring that the customer's voice is a key input in decision-making.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. You will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
We offer a permanent position with a flexible schedule, Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h. Our benefits package includes a contract of employment and flexibility for U Program, allowing for 2 days remote working.
