Job Title: Scientist - Molecular and Cell Biology

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scientist - Molecular and Cell Biology to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in molecular biology, cell culture, and immunology, with a focus on gene editing and cellular assays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, execute, and interpret in vitro assays to profile hit, lead, and clinical molecules using multi-parameter flow cytometry, qRT-PCR, JESS, proliferation, and immunoassays.
  • Collaborate with senior scientists to design and optimize state-of-the-art experimental protocols for gene modulation and cell line/primary cell engineering, including RNA interference, stable transfection, and CRISPR-Cas9 mediated gene editing.
  • Analyze experimental results and present data analysis and plans at cross-functional meetings.

Requirements:

  • MSc or BSc with 2+ years of experience in Immunology, Molecular Biology, or Cellular Biology.
  • Experience in cell culture and primary immune cells (PBMC, lymphocytes...), or skin cells such as primary keratinocytes.
  • Theoretical and experimental background in cellular assays such as flow cytometry, ELISA, HTRF, qPCR, and WB.
  • Experience with functional immunology assays (e.g. PBMC activation, MLRs) and molecular biology techniques (cloning, transfections).
  • Advanced English level required.
