Recruiter Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Recruiter to join our team at Bertrandt Technology. As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment processes and assisting in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to meet the needs of our dynamic and multidisciplinary teams.

• Talent Sourcing and Screening: Assist in identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various sourcing channels.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and coordinate the recruitment process between candidates and hiring managers.
• Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment records, track candidate progress, and generate recruitment reports for the team.
• Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and contribute to the overall recruitment strategy.

• Academic Background: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Recruitment Interest: Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition. Prior internship or work experience in recruitment or HR will be an advantage.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 or higher). Knowledge of German is a plus.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Tech: Good level of Excel is mandatory.
