We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Officer to join our team at Antal International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the health and safety project for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze work processes and procedures to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure they are properly installed and operational, and facilitate repairs as needed.
- Develop and implement safety procedures and policies for production operations, and conduct risk assessments to identify areas of high risk.
- Collaborate with quality control departments to ensure finished products meet safety standards, and provide recommendations on safety topics such as waste disposal and fire regulations.
- Investigate incidents and identify root causes, and work with law enforcement agents to address workplace accidents.
- Develop and implement training programs to educate staff on safety principles and best practices.
- Review and update safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with external regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as risk management, engineering, or safety management.
- Certification in EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) is a must for this position.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop safe operational strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise safety information to staff.
- Fluency in Spanish, English, and Chinese Mandarin is a priority for this position.
