About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at EB monitoreo y control Central America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage project scope, budget, and quality, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with sales department to develop technical proposals and project contracts.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Training or studies in electrical engineering, automation technology, or engineering sciences.
  • Relevant professional experience in project management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients and colleagues.
