Job Description:
As a Senior Consultant, you will contribute to global Workday implementation projects, leading working sessions with large organizations to gather and analyze business requirements. You will design, prototype, configure, test, and deliver the Workday platform, representing the voice of the customer and prioritizing employee, people manager, and business leader needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute as a Senior Consultant in a global-based Workday implementation project or maintenance
- Design, prototype, configure, test, and deliver the Workday platform
- Represent the voice of the customer, keeping employee, people manager, and business leader needs at the forefront
Requirements:
- Obtained Workday HCM, Core Compensation, and Advanced Compensation certifications
- At least 1 year of hands-on Workday experience with HCM, Core Compensation, and Advanced Compensation areas
- At least 1 full-cycle project as HCM, Core Comp, or Advanced Compensation consultant
Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience
