Originally known for leadership in enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, SAP has evolved to become a market leader in end-to-end business application software and related services for database, analytics, intelligent technologies, and experience management.
As a Senior Data Management Consultant, you will be responsible for leading customer opportunities throughout all engagement phases (presales, sales, and delivery). You will architect potential solution designs and facilitate customer workshops to formalize the best solution design for the customer's requirements.
You will also lead the delivery of DMLT projects remotely and onsite, in distributed regional and global teams. Your responsibilities will include conducting feasibility studies and system analyses, supported by SAP DMLT technology and methodology.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including SAP HCM/SuccessFactors transformation projects. You will collaborate with colleagues across different organizational units, hierarchy levels, and locations around the world.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering technology consulting customer projects or as a business project consultant for SAP HCM/SuccessFactors
- Experience in at least one, ideally multiple SAP Data Management solutions, such as SAP Landscape Transformation 2.0, Migration Cockpit, Infoporter, or LSMW
- Knowledge of core business processes, such as hire-to-retire
- Programming knowledge and experience (ABAP, Python, JAVA, etc.) is a strong asset
- Good skills in structuring and documenting information, methodologies, and procedures
- Strong experience in customer-facing roles and escalation management
- Proven track record in knowledge sharing, coaching, mentoring, and educating others
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English; good German language skills are a strong asset
