We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Consultant to join our global Service Delivery organization called Data Management & Landscape Transformation within the Board Area Customer Success. Our team advises national and international customers on strategy definition, conceptual planning, and realization of their business and technological transformation requirements for the digital economy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HCM or SuccessFactors and experience in delivering technology consulting customer projects or as business project consultant for SAP HCM/SuccessFactors. They will be responsible for identifying customer's business needs, designing and architecting the appropriate solution proposal from the HCM / SFSF Data Management & Landscape Transformation (DMLT) portfolio and beyond.
The role involves leading and driving customer opportunities throughout all engagement phases (presales, sales and delivery) and architecting potential solution design. Additionally, they will lead and facilitate customer's HCM / SFSF workshops and discussions to formalize the best solution design for the customer's requirement.
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in delivering technology consulting customer projects or as business project consultant for SAP HCM/SuccessFactors. A strong background in one or more SAP Data Management solutions, such as SAP Landscape Transformation 2.0, Migration Cockpit, Infoporter or LSMW, is also required.
The successful candidate will work in a high performing team helping customers on their transition into cloud applications and continuously improving the Data and System Landscape. With a focus on HR related Data, they will help and drive projects supporting Business & System Transformations, Merger & Acquisitions or divestitures including solutions such as SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA.
