About the Role:
As a Strategic Project Director at Alira Health, you will lead execution teams across multiple projects, guiding client engagements in alignment with Principals, Partners, and the Managing Partner from our MAP Consulting Practice. Your expertise will drive and deliver projects focused on Spain and Portugal, as well as other regions. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to own and execute full projects independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution/Billability (65%): You will utilize your extensive knowledge of the life sciences and healthcare industry, along with consulting methodologies, to deliver high-quality consulting services to clients. You will independently lead and manage execution teams, delivering multiple complex projects simultaneously with minimal guidance and/or supervision. Additionally, you will guide teams in prioritizing critical client issues, translating them into actionable solutions and strategies, and ensuring that client deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and timeliness.
- Business Development/Corporate Initiatives (25%): You will actively engage in business development efforts, from lead generation to pitching and closing deals. Your goal will be to continuously grow and improve the company's presence in the market.
Requirements:
- You should possess a highly motivated and detail-oriented approach, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong technical skills are also essential for owning and executing full projects independently.
- Your ability to understand and anticipate potential project challenges, communicate effectively with team members and senior advisors, and nurture innovative solutions to address client issues is crucial.
