About the Role
  We're seeking an experienced Project Director to lead and manage cross-product line projects from inception to completion. This key position requires strategic leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record in project management. You'll work closely with various departments, including Applied Innovation, production, and regulatory teams, to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities
  

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to guarantee successful project completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and progress monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management.

Requirements
  

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Nanotechnology, or related fields.
  • Profound knowledge of colloidal chemistry, nanotechnology, lab, and production scale equipment.
  • Experience working with intercultural and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
