Manufacturing Engineer for New Development Project

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our team for a new development project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of a new aircraft program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of the industrial system from the development phase to the start of production and stabilization.
  • Update and maintain current databases for the department, proposing improvements as needed.
  • Presentation and dossier creation for explaining results to stakeholders and promoting decision-making.
  • Definition of effective processes, taking into account new methodologies and comprehension of different roles during the development of the project.
  • Monitoring and follow-up of Engineering/Industrial deliverables for programme milestones.
  • Collect key data from routines for the different databases and deliverables for the department.
  • Definition of critical path and creation/update/follow-up of performance tracker.
  • Support for creation and modification of SOIs, monitoring in shop floor and Design changes management.
  • Analyze recurrent issues and deviations in production and identify solutions within the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master Degree.
  • Negotiation level English.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team spirit and great collaboration skills.
  • Communication skills.
  • Capacity for adaptation to changing priorities or environments.
  • Ability to work in complex and international environments.
  • Proactiveness in case of doubts or difficulties during the training period.
