We are seeking a Data Governance Specialist to enhance Axpo's data management capabilities. The ideal candidate will implement and maintain a comprehensive data governance framework, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement a data governance framework aligned with Axpo's data strategy
  • Maintain and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures
  • Oversee data quality management and establish metrics
  • Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams to integrate governance with data management strategies
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, licensing, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Data Governance and Management
  • Strong knowledge of data governance principles, data quality standards, and regulatory frameworks
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data governance catalogs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English; Spanish or German is an advantage
