Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our projects related to Intelligent Transport Systems. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the complete life cycle of our products, from initial idea to launch and continuous optimization.
Your main functions will be:
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee all stages of product development, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Product Strategy: Define and execute the product vision and strategy, considering market analysis, trends, and customer feedback.
- Product Marketing: Collaborate with the business development team to create and execute effective product launch and positioning campaigns.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and adjust product strategies accordingly.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure delivery of high-quality products.
- KPI Management: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to assess product success and make necessary adjustments.
- Customer Relationship: Maintain a close relationship with customers to ensure that their needs are reflected in the products developed.
- Continuous Innovation: Foster an environment of innovation, encouraging continuous improvement and the generation of new ideas.
We are looking for experts with a degree in Engineering and additional training in Business Administration, Marketing, MBA, or a related field. Professional experience in Product Management in Technology or Software sectors is required. Proficiency in product marketing strategies, market research, and product lifecycle management is also necessary. Experience with product management tools and data analysis is a plus. Communication and Strategic Thinking skills with a focus on simultaneous management of multiple projects are essential.
