Job Description

">

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Representative to join our team in Catalonia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling assigned accounts in the Food, Drug, and Mass-Merchandise (FDM) market sector, driving sales revenue for brands such as Spontex, NUK, Oster, Sharpie, and PaperMate.

Your main responsibilities will include:

">
  • ">
  • Managing assigned accounts directly">
  • Occasional visits to supermarkets/hypermarkets in the area">
  • Preparing and executing annual budgets for the accounts">
  • Day-to-day management of the promotional calendar: evaluation and course correction, leading the process for managing trade spends and pricing in conjunction with the management of the promotional calendar">
  • Working with demand planning to develop accurate sales forecasts and achieve specified levels of forecast accuracy">
  • Building customer relationships at the Assistant Buyer/Buyer level and facilitating connectivity in other functional areas, including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, doing the same across internal Newell functions to enhance information sharing and decision-making">
  • Ensuring proper reporting of sales activity performed">
  • Developing relationships with listed accounts and potential customers">

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales experience in similar roles or industries">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint">
  • A full Spanish Driver's Licence">
  • Fluent Spanish and communicative English (written and spoken)">
