About the Role

The People Technology and Systems trainee will assist in supporting the P&C function and People Technology team across EMEA and Asia Pacific. This role involves contributing to projects, following direction, and aiding in the evaluation of systems to support the Human Resources department's short and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the People Technology global team in implementing business solutions.
  2. Assist in the development and support of the People Technology strategy for the organization, focusing on process improvements and system enhancements.
  3. Collaborate with the P&C Process & Technology teams to take on assigned tasks, seek guidance on complex issues, and contribute to team efforts.
  4. Foster trust and build relationships with key stakeholders, engaging with leadership to support innovative ideas and business priorities.
  5. Understand the business needs and assist the team in finding solutions that enhance the employee experience and meet business objectives.
  6. Work with the team to identify areas for improvement and ensure effective use and management of data, driving business growth and efficiency.
  7. Provide input during the Performance, Talent & Development Cycle for P&C leaders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  8. Collaborate with IT and external partners to support the rollout of functionalities and ensure systems align with business needs, driving digital transformation.
  9. Learn about the P&C Operating model to support future Systems enhancements and People Operations teams, ensuring seamless integration.
  10. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving People Technology system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  11. Contribute to managing a feature list and product roadmap, driving business innovation and growth.
