Deusto Education Research is inviting applications for a postdoctoral research position at the SCIREARLY Horizon Europe project, focused on reducing underachievement and early school leaving in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intervention studies to identify successful policies and practices based on scientific research.
- Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to inform the project's deliverables.
- Collaborate with the research team to publish results in high-impact journals and disseminate findings through various channels.
Requirements:
- PhD in fields related to Education, Psychology, Sociology, or similar disciplines.
- Proven experience in research projects, particularly in competitive grants (EU Research Framework Programme).
- Advanced knowledge of research skills, including data collection, analysis, and dissemination.
- Track record of scientific publications and excellent written/oral English language skills.
- High level of Spanish proficiency and other valuable aspects such as indexed scientific publications and stays in reference research centers.
What We Offer:
- A one-year contract with an annual gross salary of €32,985.15 to €42,000, paid in 15 monthly installments.
