About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Controller to join our dynamic team at Prodrive Technologies. As a key member of our Business and Finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and challenging the decision-making process to extract maximum value for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, cost price calculations, and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and analysis.
• Conduct complex scenario analysis and derive insights from collected data to inform business decisions.
• Initiate and lead process improvement projects with stakeholders to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support monthly financial reporting activities and assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financials for management reports, including business cases, multi-year planning, monitoring budgets, and executing financial business.

Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in accounting or business administration, who is ambitious to work in an international organization with different cultures. You should have a good understanding of business processes and the desire and drive to excel in your field of work. Additionally, you should possess the Prodrive Technologies Mindset, which includes being responsible, flexible, and having a manufacturing mindset, as well as being an initiative-taker.
