The Role of Commis Pastry

We are seeking a highly skilled Commis Pastry to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid. As a Commis Pastry, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pastry items for our guests. You will work closely with our Pastry Cook to ensure that all pastry items are prepared to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare pastry items according to production requirements and quality standards.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including food processors and mixers.
  • Maintain a clean and efficient work station.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Pastry Cook or other management staff.

Requirements

To be successful as a Commis Pastry with Four Seasons, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of culinary experience.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen tools and culinary operations.
  • Proficient knife skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
