Midweight Photographer Job Description

Job Title: Photographer

Role Overview: A highly motivated Midweight Photographer is responsible for creating engaging and aspirational assets across E-commerce and social channels in a fast-paced studio environment. This role requires a proactive approach, supporting peers, and driving efficiency through communication and positivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the development and delivery of e-commerce assets.
  • Consistently produce high-quality assets that meet the style guide requirements.
  • Collaborate with the stylist to art direct and select the strongest images.
  • Work with the Head of Content Administration to ensure accurate communication of asset delivery.
  • Build relationships across all studio functions.

Requirements:
  • Produce E-commerce photography in compliance with the agreed style guide.
  • Achieve daily shoot targets and work to deadlines.
  • Prepare sets and check daily that all kit is functioning.
  • Ensure the set is running effectively.
  • Work to personal and studio KPIs.
