AWWG is the global fashion group that integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Donna Karan, DKNY and Karl Lagerfeld in Spain and Portugal.
The Project
As a Photographer you will collaborate with the studio sets and will work closely with the Photography Manager to create high quality fashion and product images for the Hackett and Façonnable brands.
This position is responsible for providing a creative wide range of images for ecommerce, social media projects, and campaigns within a global scope.
What will the role entail?
- Keep up to date on trends and know and analyze what the competition's brands do.
- Lead on-set studio operations, collaborating with stylists, assistants, and retouching partners to create compelling e Commerce imagery
- Set up lighting and composition, ensuring products are represented accurately, and in line with brand guidelines
- Establish a comprehensive photography workflow
- Images color setup and postproduction
- Maintain exposure and color accuracy standards while producing a high volume of images Mark-up imagery with clear and informative direction for retouching
- Works closely with the retouch team to communicate the photo requirements (colour issues, specific image details and deadlines)

Job Competences:
- Between1 and 2 years of relevant experience in fashion and product photography ideally in ecommerce area.
- A portfolio that demonstrates broad knowledge of lighting and digital photography techniques
- English C1, other european languages such as Spanish, German or French are a plus
- Experience with Photoshop is required; familiarity with Adobe Lightroom, Bridge, Illustrator and In Design is preferred
- Experience with Capture One

- Competence on generating creative moodboards and researching image references
- Good eye on the latest trends in fashion and fashion photography.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently, as well in a team situation and with clients, working under pressure, and juggling multiple and complex projects
- Strong knowledge of photo production, retouching and workflows
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Photo Shoot Producing experience
- Detail oriented, organized, adept at prioritizing tasks, able to delegate appropriately
- Advanced retouching skills
- Experience with Photoshop is required; familiarity with Adobe Lightroom, Bridge, Illustrator and In Design is preferred
- Experience with Capture One
- Must be able to work efficiently, maintain calm and project an upbeat attitude under pressure
- Must be well organized and able to prioritize while juggling multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines
- Must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly with internal and external partners.
