About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Architect to lead the implementation of our CRM solution, ensuring alignment with business needs and driving innovation in our technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a roadmap for the CRM product to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions comply with higher-level architecture design.
  • Act as system owner of CRM, ensuring high availability and efficiency.
  • Communicate with stakeholders on system performance and provide proposals for solution design and estimate of time, cost, and resource.
  • Drive the implementation of projects and changes in the CRM area, acting as IT project manager as needed.
  • Manage the service performance and improve the functionalities of the CRM system, ensuring service level agreements are in place and fulfilled.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM solution implementation and maintenance.
  • Strong business acumen and customer-centric approach.
  • Demonstrable experience with Dynamics 365 and MS Dynamics 365 implementation.
  • Knowledge of business process and technology in CRM area.
  • Agile ways of working with experience of agile methodology.
  • Fluent in English.
