IT Architect

About the Role

Dormer Pramet is seeking an experienced IT Architect to lead the implementation and maintenance of our CRM solution. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for ensuring the CRM system aligns with business needs and provides a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a roadmap for the CRM solution to meet evolving business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide solutions that meet those needs.
• Communicate and align with other architects to ensure solutions comply with higher-level architecture design.
• Maintain and monitor the CRM system to ensure high availability and efficiency.
• Improve the CRM solution based on enhancement requirements and performance analysis.
• Work with product owners to align priority and plan requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on vendor management, including evaluation of proposals and quotations.
• Drive the implementation of CRM-related projects and changes.
• Act as IT project manager for CRM-related solutions as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on system integration.
• Manage service performance and improve CRM system functionalities.
• Ensure service level agreements are in place for CRM and are fulfilled.
• Deliver service reports for CRM and improve service quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate end-to-end business operational processes and service delivery processes.
• Manage budgets and costs related to delivery and support with stakeholders.
• Maintain solution design documents and knowledge of designated areas.
• Communicate with stakeholders on system performance.

Requirements

• A degree in a relevant field and previous experience as an IT Architect would be an advantage.
• Strong business acumen and customer-centric approach.
• 5+ years of experience in CRM solution implementation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 is necessary.
• Demonstrable experience of Dynamics CRM implementation and maintenance.
• Solid knowledge of business processes and technology in CRM areas.
• Agile ways of working with experience of agile methodology.
• Fluent in English.
