About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our pre-sales process, you will work directly with global startup customers and collaborate with account managers to develop AWS solutions that meet their business requirements. Your expertise will be essential in designing, developing, and implementing cost-efficient, highly available, and scalable solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring cost-effectiveness, high availability, and scalability.
  • Research and analyze current solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure solutions are designed and developed according to best practices.
  • Share your knowledge with our customers and the cloud community through public speaking engagements, such as workshops, conferences, webinars, and more.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in an AWS environment, including implementation, migration, and maintenance.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, such as Customer Engineering, SRE, Cloud Architect, or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in an IT environment, including hands-on experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps tools.
  • Proven experience in a production environment, developing software with Python, Go, Java, or equivalents.
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS's main services, with an emphasis on Kubernetes and Containers.
  • Understanding of Information Security best practices.
  • Certified AWS Solutions Architect - Associate. AWS Solutions Architect Professional or a specialty certification is an advantage.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical design in verbal and written formats in front of customers.
  • Ability to lead an end-to-end engagement with the account management team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
