Product Manager Junior OTC

Join Recordati Group, a global pharmaceutical force, as a Product Manager Junior OTC. We are seeking a talented individual to create, define, and implement the marketing plan for our OTC products, identifying and developing competitive advantages for our strategic brands.

Main Responsibilities
  • Be the internal point of reference for our OTC product portfolio.
  • Develop a go-to-market model based on product strategy, prioritizing recommendation and sales channels.
  • Develop positioning and narrative strategy for our brands, creating promotional materials linked to product and channel.
  • Analyze the market continuously.
  • Execute brand awareness activities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (Marketing-Medical-Sales) for each product.
  • Participate in the Rolling Forecasting process for all products under your responsibility.
Requirements
  • University degree completed.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in commercial areas, with a strong background in marketing.
  • Previous experience in the OTC segment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • High level of English.
