About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee in Human Resources to join our team at Nordex Group. As a Trainee in Human Resources, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our employees and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Training and Development: Collaborate with our Training and Development team to create and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  2. Course Organization and Management: Assist in organizing and managing courses, workshops, and other training events to support employee development.
  3. Development Programmes and Onboarding: Support the development of employee onboarding programs and contribute to the creation of new initiatives and training actions.
  4. Communication and Reporting: Create engaging presentations and reports using Canva and Power Point to communicate training programs and employee development progress.
  5. International Projects: Participate in international projects focused on training and development, collaborating with global teams to drive employee growth and success.
Requirements
  1. Education: Hold a degree in Law, Labour Relations, Psychology, or Applied Management, with a strong academic record.
  2. Eligibility: Be eligible for the scholarship, with no more than 3 years having passed since completing your degree or master's degree.
  3. Complementary Training: Possess skills in Excel, Power Point, and Canva, with a strong understanding of communication, creativity, planning, organization, time management, and proactivity.
  4. Language Skills: Demonstrate a minimum English proficiency of C1 level.
