We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead Engineer to join our Grid Automation Business Unit at Hitachi Vantara Corporation.
Key Responsibilities- Drive project engineering activities, reporting to the Engineering Manager, and collaborating with the Project Manager.
- Execute Battery Storage (BESS) and Microgrid projects, leading technical activities and coordinating the project team.
- Proactively seek and implement improvements in the execution process.
- Embody the values of safety and integrity.
- Support the bid and proposal team.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English is required.
- Fluency in Spanish, Italian, or German is a plus.
- Good knowledge of power systems, LV, MV, and HV electrical equipment, switchgears, and generation equipment is required.
- Knowledge of Microgrid systems, battery storage, and renewable generation is a plus.
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools is required.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally is required.
