Qué harás en tu día a día:- Gestionarás a los compañeros de tu área, formándolos e inspirándolos según los valores de BESTSELLER.
- Seleccionarás a los vendedores ideales para cada marca, asegurando un equipo de alto rendimiento.
- Garantizarás y superarás los objetivos de ventas diarios.
- Implementarás guías de visual merchandising para cada marca. Colaborarás con el equipo de producto y de estilismo.
- Reportarás y gestionarás incidencias en los puntos de venta, siendo el enlace con los store manager, responsables de planta, departamento de recursos humanos.
- Analisarás los KPI's de las tiendas y elaborarás informes periódicos.
- Asegurarás que se realicen las estrategias de visual merchandising en todos los puntos de venta.
- Facilitarás el flujo de información necesario hacia y desde las tiendas y dentro del equipo.
- Experiencia previa en moda.
- Experiencia como coordinador/a de tiendas y personal.
- Persona dinámica, motivada y proactiva.
- Capacidad de planificación y organización, capaz de manejar múltiples tareas con eficacia.
- Carné de conducir y vehículo propio.
