Job Summary:We are looking for a customer-focused individual to provide exceptional support to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone and email.
- Assist customers with their queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Be the first point of contact for customers and provide a positive experience.
- Ensure customers receive the highest level of service at all times.
- Native or fluent Danish speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English (at least B2 level).
- Prior experience in customer service or support is an advantage.
- Previous experience from the banking sector or credit institution is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new IT systems.
- Candidates must have a good and stable economic history with an absolutely clean credit record.
- Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance.
- Higher salary from the 7th month.
- Working hours: 08:00 - 16:00 Monday-Thursday, 09:00 - 16:00 Friday.
