About the Role

We're seeking a finance planning and analysis professional with fintech/payment experience, excellent stakeholder management, and data modeling skills to join our rapidly growing FP&A team. As a finance business partner, you'll work closely with our brand new fintech department, leading the monthly and annual planning process, and using data to model insightful product analysis to drive decision-making.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial business partner to our fintech department
  2. Lead the monthly and annual planning process for your department
  3. Develop data-driven product analysis to inform business decisions
  4. Contribute to the development of FP&A systems to support the growth of our tech company
  5. Support the optimization of our planning tool, Pigment, and its adoption across the business
  6. Provide ad hoc analysis and business cases to inform strategic decisions
