Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients, contractors, and technicians to resolve incidents of all teams.
  • Coordinate with contractors and technicians to ensure efficient resolution of technical issues.
  • Utilize knowledge of communication networks, power electronics, and electrical diagrams to interpret and resolve technical issues.
  • Assist in the coordination of engineering department for improvements requests and retrofits.
  • Conduct remote follow-up of the general operation of equipment to prevent future errors.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Technician in Electronic, Electrical, O&M or similar.
  • Office Package.
  • English level B2.
  • Adaptability.
  • Proactive.
  • Time Management and prioritization.
  • Capacity for initiative and autonomy.
  • Anticipation and problem resolution.
  • Decision making.
  • Capacity for achievement orientation and specialization.
