Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled After Sales Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will provide technical assistance to clients, contractors, and technicians to resolve incidents related to wind turbines and other equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients, contractors, and technicians to resolve incidents related to wind turbines and other equipment.
- Coordinate with contractors and technicians to ensure timely and effective resolution of incidents.
- Interpret electrical diagrams and provide technical assistance to resolve complex issues.
- Travel to site for level 2 and 3 incidents or high-priority issues.
- Prepare daily and technical assistance reports.
- Remote follow-up of equipment operation to prevent future errors.
- Coordinate with the engineering department for improvements requests and retrofits.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Technician in Electronic, Electrical, O&M, or similar.
- Office Package skills.
- English level B2.
- Adaptability, proactive attitude, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Capacity for initiative, autonomy, anticipation, and problem resolution.
- Decision-making and achievement orientation skills.
