**Job Summary**

The Associate Director of Environmental Compliance and Sustainability will be responsible for leading our environmental compliance strategy and execution, as well as sustainability strategy and goal execution.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and deploy environmental compliance policies, management system elements, sustainability goals, and other related programmatic activities.
  • Lead all aspects of key environmental technical projects across Vantive, effectively managing internal and external resources.
  • Provide leadership for proactively advancing global, multi-media Environmental Programs, promoting enterprise-wide EHS risk mitigation.
  • Work in partnership with multiple collaborators across the company to develop ongoing sustainability strategy.
  • Complete sustainability strategy, including leading all aspects of required materiality assessments and goal development.
  • Lead the development, deployment, tracking, and reporting of sustainability goals for the company.
  • Provide sustainability information needed to answer customer queries, RFPs, and tenders.
  • Coordinate execution of required sustainability reporting, including REACH, WEEE, batteries, and country-specific packaging reports.
  • Follow, evaluate, and implement approaches to address existing or emerging sustainability regulations, regulatory policy, and industry practice.
  • Partner with internal collaborators to develop and execute EHS&S standards, programs, and processes to drive functional vision, mission, policies, and strategies.
  • Develop and deploy enhanced environmental programmatic strategies to ensure operations achieve compliance with applicable regulations and company EHS management system requirements.
  • Track and report environmental compliance metrics to closure.

**Requirements**

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental compliance and sustainability, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and developing strategic plans. They will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and have a proven track record of driving business results.
