Your primary responsibility will be to support the Engineering team and ensure the successful delivery of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with the Engineering team to plan and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure that the project meets the required standards and quality expectations.
- Build and Release Management: Oversee the build and release process, ensuring that updates and patches are deployed successfully and on time.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues, working closely with the Engineering team and other stakeholders to ensure that problems are addressed promptly.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration between the Engineering team, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure that everyone is aligned and working towards the same goals.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Technical Producer, Project Manager, Release Manager, or in a related role.
- Technical Skills: Profound knowledge of project management methods and software packages, good understanding of general software development practices, and experience with Configuration Management tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong conflict resolution skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
