Technical Producer Role

Scopely is seeking a skilled Technical Producer to join our LiveOps Automation team in Spain on a hybrid or remote basis. As a Technical Producer, you will be embedded in one of our tech clusters, working closely with our game team partners to ensure synchronicity and alignment on our roadmaps. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate pre-production, production, and delivery within your team, ensuring the continuity and stability of production from a technical perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track production schedules while mitigating risks and blockers
  • Communicate with development teams to maintain tool effectiveness and lead technical initiatives from the production perspective
  • Create and maintain status reports on team performance, and reliably communicate the team's status and needs to the wider division
  • Schedule and coordinate various meetings for collecting, prioritizing, and breaking topics down into stories
  • Facilitate all agile meetings and ceremonies for the team
  • Establish and drive processes to improve efficiency and communication within the team
  • Own reports that show various roadmaps, status, and progress of initiatives, ETAs, key technical risks organized into topic clusters

Requirements:
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding from hands-on engineering team experience
  • Ability to conduct and contribute to high-level engineering-focused discussions
  • Demonstrable ability to break down technical project requirements into iterative deliverables
  • Experience in leading technically complex projects that are fast-paced and critical to business
  • Proven track record of facilitating cross-team discussion, organization, and planning
  • Outstanding communication skills; must be able to articulate sophisticated business and technical situations to a variety of audiences
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to keep teams motivated and engaged
  • Solid understanding of Agile with its standard practices and understanding of the full SDLC
