**Job Description**
We are looking for a highly skilled Accounting and Finance Professional to support local finance, accounting and tax responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for working closely with the AP, Billings and Asset Management teams to ensure timely processing of payments, responding to financial enquiries, managing vendors, generating invoices to Customers, and completing relevant reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the AP, Billings and Asset Management teams to ensure timely processing of payments
- Respond to financial enquiries and other general supplier enquiries by gathering, analyzing, interpreting and reporting data
- Manage vendors in conjunction with the AP function
- Assist with generating invoices to Customers and completion of relevant reconciliations
- Work with operations teams and customers to resolve billing queries
- Support the external audit and the accounting teams for the year-end audit and other statutory or lenders reporting
- Prepare Cashflow actuals and support the finance manager with cashflow forecasting
