About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a crucial role in supporting local finance, accounting, and tax responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with AP, Billings, and Asset Management teams to ensure timely payment processing and vendor management
- Respond to financial inquiries and billing queries by analyzing and reporting data
- Collaborate with operations teams and customers to resolve billing issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Prepare cash flow actuals and contribute to forecasting activities
- Assist with generating invoices and completing reconciliations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (preferable)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in general accounting/auditing
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office products
- Knowledge of Microsoft AX or other ERP systems (preferred)
- Good understanding of financial accounting standards and reporting
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required); French is an excellent bonus
- Experience in international operations/multinational environments (a plus)
