Your primary responsibilities will include defining problems, drafting solutions, and working closely with the sales team to add support to your duties. This will involve attending meetings, acting as a solutions architect, and helping to explain business cases to customers.
You will also be responsible for working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions, ensuring that the company's solution can be delivered to the customer's requirements. Additionally, you will present proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team and help the delivery department produce detailed estimates for customers.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess fluent English negotiation skills, at least 5 years of experience working in a full English speaking environment, and previous experience working in a technical pre-sales position. You should also have ample experience in giving end-to-end Business Solution design and be a subject matter expert with extensive software-solution experience.
Furthermore, you will need to have great ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand, as well as at least 2 years of experience related to or involving business process automation and business process design (BPMN, Flowchart, DMN).
