Job Summary: Quanta Part Of Qcs Staffing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Resource Administrator to join our team. As a Project Resource Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating project resources, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project resources to ensure efficient allocation and utilization.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for new joiners, including ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and up-to-date.
  • Support with annual leave management, ensuring the team calendar is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Inform the HR team of any changes to the organigram.
  • Follow up on onboarding and offboarding tickets to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Ensure Terms of References are up-to-date.
  • Coordinate with the Project Control Assistant to ensure project effort estimations are accurate and provided on time.
  • Consolidate resources requests for project allocation to create the most value for the business and its clients.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three (3+) years of professional experience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • A minimum of three (3+) years of administrative experience, including direct work experience performing similar administrative functions for a large department within a multicultural environment.
  • Must be technologically savvy, demonstrating the ability to easily adapt to new and unfamiliar technologies, software, and systems.
  • Must be able to adapt to changing situations and demands.
