International Sales Representative

Company Overview: We are a leading international company seeking an experienced sales representative to join our team. With over 50 years of experience in the industry, we have established ourselves as one of the largest toy and game manufacturers in the world.
">Salary and Benefits: Our competitive salary package includes €35,000 basic + uncapped commission. In addition, you will receive 37 days of holiday including public holidays, with an option to earn more. We also offer a company pension scheme of 4% of salary, company profit share bonus (subject to meeting targets), share save scheme and between 25% and 50% discount on our products.
">Job Description: As a sales representative, you will be responsible for cold calling potential independent retailers to showcase the benefits of a business partnership with us. You will need to quickly build strong relationships with key decision-makers and understand their needs to close sales. Your role will involve regular travel to meet clients and promote our products.
">Required Skills and Qualifications: Fluency in German is essential for this role, along with a good level of English. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to engage with people and persuade them to consider our products. A high level of energy, motivation and resilience is required to succeed in this fast-paced environment.
">Location: Based in Barcelona city centre, you will be working in a modern office with an international team. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to new situations and environments, with a flexible approach to work.
