Job DescriptionJob Summary: We are seeking a Senior Data Leader for AI to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data in the context of AI programs, working closely with the Global CDO and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of business AI-driven use cases and prioritize data needs accordingly.
- Use Case Delivery: Identify relevant data sources, owners, and stewards across the organization, and facilitate sample data to start with an AI use case (MVP).
- Roll Out: Participate in the industrialization phase, define data needs for each use case, and coordinate different stakeholders and system integrators to automate data access.
- Strategic Mindset: Analyze each use case's business value and develop a strategic plan to achieve it.
- Leadership Experience: At least 5 years of experience leading data teams in a context of AI use cases.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of data & AI architectures on Azure, and experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Communication Skills: Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate effectively with different levels in the organization.
